These terms describe use of Paterna’s browser-based pattern studio and informational pages. The separate License explains permission to use exported patterns.

Using the studio

You may create and export patterns for lawful personal and commercial projects. You are responsible for material you combine with a pattern and how you use the result. Do not use the site to distribute unlawful content, impersonate others, interfere with the service or submit abusive or automated spam through support.

Local work and availability

The studio keeps working data in your browser. There is no account backup or automatic device sync. Clearing browser storage can remove presets and settings. Export important work and check downloads in the software where you intend to use them.

Paterna may change as it develops. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, a specific response time or suitability for every workflow. The service is provided as available, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Patterns, branding and outside services

Geometric results may be similar or identical to results made by others; no exclusivity is promised. Permission to use patterns does not grant rights to Paterna’s name, logo, website code or third-party assets. Do not imply endorsement. Support delivery and outside links involve providers with their own policies.

Privacy and changes

Read the Privacy policy for local storage, support and analytics information. The date above identifies this version of the terms. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Questions about these terms can be sent through Contact & support.
